A magnum opus of work, that took a very long time to make. I used ancient archeological carnelian beads, with tiny excavated beads from Nilas, Africa, archeological beads from Afghanistan from around 500 bc, tiny bits of Roman glass 200 AD, and other found materials. It’s my representation of Australia. 219g x 40 cm around neck, with 10cm -14 cm drop. I’ve called it Waterfall Dreaming because it reminds me of Indigenous art and the landscape of Australia. A Wearable Treasure around your neck that deserves to be shown.
